I have developed a style of exercise that incorporates boxing techniques initially, then graduates into a taught ability
by actually fighting, to fight like a real boxer. It is for the person that has a genuine desire to learn how to fight, and
to get in great physical shape, all at the same time.
If you’re one of those people looking for a quick fix that promises you results in a short time period, this is definitely
not for you. If you’re that special person with a true desire to raise their entire physical fitness to an elite level,

While in my Boxercise program, first you learn perfectly balanced footwork, and then I will teach you the four basic boxing
punches, that will include the jab, power hand, hook, and uppercut. Then I will turn on my electronic timer, and I’ll
take through a two minute round while you how to throw the fore mentioned punches against a pair of hand pads worn by me,
as we move on perfectly balanced footwork. Throwing combinations against a pair of hand pads while wearing a pair of 12 oz.

physical condition, relieve stress, its fantastic for your cardio-vascular/respiratory systems, and it will build self confidence

BodyBoxing is the closet kind of exercise that any one can do, to get a feel for what it is like to fight another boxer.
This type of fighting, and you will fight, can be done without suffering black or cut eyes, busted lips, bloody or broken
noses, and most importantly, no brain damage.
BodyBoxing is a very competitive, but safe, alternative-fighting style for those who enjoy fighting/boxing, but do not
want to suffer any of the above-mentioned dangers involved with the sport. The striking areas are from your shoulders to the
waist, and everything in between
Participants will wear 18 oz. gloves, mouthpieces, with one of the combatants wearing a headgear, safety first a foremost.
For the beginners, I have a vest for them to wear that absorbs most of the effects of the punch or punches, making them a
little more confident when first endeavoring into the art of BodyBoxing.
With over 30 years in the fight game, I am as experienced in all aspects of boxing. I keep myself in elite physical condition
and I teach with verbal commands as well as personal demonstrations.
